A Bold and Bright B2B Website for the Salmon Production Industry

Project Challenges and Issues:

For the AquaProduсt project, I faced several key challenges. First, I needed to design a logo that reflected the innovative nature of the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology used by the company, while also aligning with its status as the largest salmon producer using this technology in Russia. RAS is a cutting-edge fish farming method involving specialized tanks where water is continuously filtered and monitored, resulting in healthy, high-quality fish, unlike salmon farmed in open water.

My efforts were also focused on creating a landing page that, on one hand, attracted large B2B clients like supermarkets and enterprises, and on the other hand, provided information for B2C customers, helping them learn about the health benefits of salmon and making it easy to access product details when shopping.

Solutions and Results:

To reflect innovation in the logo, I implemented the idea of two salmon swimming in a circle. This symbolized the tank and circular process of the RAS system, while also creating a dynamic and appealing design. The landing page emphasized the separation of information for B2B and B2C clients. The sections for supermarkets and businesses provided details on delivery terms, technical aspects of the RAS technology, precise factory schematics, and partnerships. The B2C section, aimed at regular consumers, presented detailed information about the products, their health benefits, and cooking methods.

The result was a successful combination of visual appeal, innovation, and functionality, meeting the needs of both target audiences. AquaProduсt attracted the attention of two major Russian supermarket chains and is currently in discussions for partnership agreements.
